Dr. Kishawi offers speaking series and sessions about a multitude of topics, including but not limited to: Muslim patients, death and dying in Islam, modesty and hijab with Muslim patients, health disparities seen with Muslim patients, an introduction to Islam and its relevance in the healthcare setring, refugee and immigrant populations, and the implicit biases healthcare workers have towards Muslims.
